Celosphere 2025 – powered by PRG

For the 2025 edition of Celonis’ international user conference “Celosphere”, held in Munich, PRG once again delivered a comprehensive 360° technical service, ensuring a seamless and visually impressive experience across all event areas.

With more than 3,000 attendees on site, the event featured a wide range of spaces – from the main keynote stage to nine breakout rooms, four open stages, an arena stage, and multiple networking lounges. Each space was equipped and operated by PRG’s expert teams, providing rigging, lighting, audio, video, broadcast, and IT infrastructure including a high-performance network and guest WiFi setup.

PRG also designed the lighting concept for the entire event and acted as a technical consultant throughout the planning and production process – from early design development to on-site realization.

A special highlight was the deployment of PRG’s AURA LED technology, used extensively across the venue. With its 1.5 mm pixel pitch, 16-bit color depth, and 1,500 nits brightness, AURA delivered crisp, vibrant visuals that elevated the keynote presentations to a new level of quality and clarity.

To further enhance the spatial design, LED light edges were integrated into the breakout and session areas, creating a modern and immersive atmosphere that connected all spaces visually and thematically.

In addition to on-site technology, PRG implemented its proprietary PRG Sync content management system to manage presentations efficiently across all stages and rooms. The event’s video-on-demand content was produced through PRG’s in-house postproduction services, ensuring high-quality playback and global accessibility after the event.

With this combination of advanced technology, creative design, and precise execution, PRG once again demonstrated its role as a trusted partner for complex corporate events and global conferences.

A heartfelt thank-you to Celonis and all partners involved for their trust, teamwork, and excellent collaboration throughout all phases of Celosphere 2025.
